We’re back on the mat! Amani on the Mat is now partnering with Boss Fit Nation every Thursday at 5:30 PM starting March 5th at 1055 Sparkleberry Ln EXT in Columbia, SC. Expect an intentional, beginner-friendly classical Pilates session with refined cueing, curated props, and a welcoming, boutique-style atmosphere.
